The E3750A by Newport is a purpose-built Driver Card tailored for seamless integration into the MM4006 Multi-Axis Motion Controller Driver to provide enhanced functionality. With a power output of 500 W, the MM4006 facilitates efficient motor drive, accommodating up to eight axes of motion using a combination of compatible motorized devices in both DC and stepper motor variants. The E3750A can be effortlessly connected to the MM4006 driver alongside seven other driver cards. To establish the connection, users can locate a 25-pin D-Sub connector on the rear panel of the controller. This connector enables easy attachment of the driver card to a motion device. Crucially, the panel is meticulously labeled, specifying the motor type, voltage, and current configurations required for proper operation, ensuring the device remains safeguarded against potential damage. For added convenience, users can establish a connection between a motion control system and a driver card using a 10-foot-long cable, which can be securely fastened with locking thumbscrews, providing a reliable and stable connection.
